When I go to where you told me to, I am meant with videos and a message to install and activate the apps but when I go to do that I get the same 404 error I originally told you about. This is worrisome since this is subscription based, are you guys going to extend my membership due to technical issues or can you give me all the steps or log into my site and help me remedy this situation? I appreciate you and your time thanks.

I have checked your website and found that all apps are working fine, and the sliders or other assets are installed properly. If you are still facing the same issue, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us recognize the problem.
