How could be possible to achieve similar effect where the header appears after scrolling at certain level? thanks

Thanks for reaching out.

Once you set your header bar to sticky, it will give you the option for trigger offset. It’s a trigger where the header will turn to sticky once it’s reached the certain scroll position.
