ACF PRO — ACF now automatically escapes unsafe HTML when rendered by the ACF shortcode. Learn how to fix.
so as far as I can see if will remove any or iframes from the content output and will look to call the field in a different way. I use the {{acf:field_name}} shortcode in cornerstone to pull rendered HTML content into pages, I am guessing to implement the solution I will need to create a new short code or will the ones in the pro theme be updated accordingly ?

Hey @wicara,

Please use the latest version of the theme. It should work without updating or changing your shortcode.
