My ACF Pro license appears to have dropped off of my site – I have tried re-validating the plugin etc. to no avail.
I haven’t tried uninstalling the plugin as I don’t want to lose it altogether - I can’t see it in the available plugins from the Pro dashboard now…
My unlimited license is prior to 2024 so should be valid. Can you help please!
Oh, so this is weird – I just re-attempted the update now, and it worked! Previously I was getting the “update package not available” message.
Did you folks do something on your side by any chance?
keep in mind that just because the plugin has an official update available, that does not mean that it’s been approved for Pro/X/Cornerstone compatibility. it also doesn’t mean that theme.co has staged the latest version within their repo for users to download.
trust me… I completely understand where you’re coming from! I’ve had the same experience with MEC event calendar.

Thank you for confirming it’s resolved, and thanks to @splaquet splaquet for the context.
Your licence was never invalid. The Pro dashboard’s plugin list and our ACF Pro integration read the same cached package manifest, so when that cache is incomplete, three things happen at once: ACF Pro appears unlicensed, it disappears from the available plugins list, and updates report “update package not available”. One cause rather than three problems, which is why retrying the update cleared them all together.
There was no need to uninstall, and nothing was lost.
If it returns rather than clearing on a retry, please let us know, and we will check your account records directly.
