ACF Pro Licence Issue

Hi,

Over the past few minutes my ACF Pro is locking all Pro fields, stating that a licence is required. These fields were fully accessible an hour or so ago. My Themeco Pro licence is fully validated and I am a long-term client, so fall under the agreement you have with ACF for lifetime updates.

Any ideas why I am being asked to buy a licence and cannot access my fields?

To help you with your concerns, we need to check your settings. Please share your details in a secure note. I have checked my localhost installation on the Pro version 6.9.1 and ACP plugin 6.8.7, and it is working fine on my end. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
