ACF Pro activation strips the formatting of text

Hi guys,

A new issue has popped up where ACF activation is striping the formatting on my posts. The only plugins activated during this testing is Custom Post Type UI and ACF Pro. I have deactivated all other plugins to test.

I have no custom functions or code running.

The paragraphs on https://bd.icandymedia.co.nz/tools/bid-no-bid-tool/ have been created using the Wysiwig text editor in pro.

<p>test</p>
<p>{{dc:post:the_content}}</p>

As the page is loading, you can see it load with the formatting but once fully loaded the formatting is stripped out.

Any ideas on what is happing here?

I checked your given site URL it seems that you are using a single layout I would suggest you, please use The Content element instead of the dynamic content code.

Unfortunately I got the same result and even if that did work, it would solve the acf wysiwigs.

Hello @kellybaya,

You have inserted ACF dynamic content in a Text element. Be advised that the styling will be strip off when you do that. You should be using the “The Content” element as pointed out by @Prakash_s.

That wasn’t quite right either but I have worked out the issue. It turned out to be conflicting CSS from Zoho forms.
