we had to switch from a Licence that was owned by an agency (which was responsible for our page) to a Licence that we own. Now we see, that ACF is not included anymore in the PRO package. Is this right, and is there any way to get it with PRO?

Thanks for writing to us.
We wanted to inform you that any new user created after April 1st, 2024, Advanced Custom Fields Pro (ACF Pro) is not bundled with X/Pro. This change means that ACF Pro will no longer be included as part of the X/Pro theme package.
If you have been utilizing ACF Pro for your projects, you will need to obtain a separate license directly from the ACF website to continue using it.

Thats really unfortunate. Is there a way to still use ACF? As I have read on a prevoius topic entry you guys provide ACF for liciences that were issued before 1. April. We changed our licence only to access the support by our own. So my question is if its possible to require access to ACF due to the fact that we basically had prevously access.

If you want to use ACF, you can purchase your own license: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/pro/#pricing-table
It will still work in Cornerstone.
