ACF plugin not shown under plugins, only in dashboard sidebar

Hi,
Under plugin, there is no ACF or through ftp in plugins folder. In dashboard sidebar there are custom fields as you can see in screenshot.

There might be a few different reasons for it, in order to help you further, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password

Thanks. We resolved this issue, ACF PRO was visible in dashboard sidebar but wasn’t working because it wasn’t activated under x-theme->plugins. We didn’t expect to be visible if it’s not activated and didn’t go there to check.
