ACF Field Group tied to global block (component)

If I create a component (global block) and have a number of ACF dynamic fields assigned to that component via a field group, is there any way to add that field group to automatically show on that page or posts edit page? Or do I always need to manually assign that field group to that post or page?

Thanks for writing in!

You can use {{dc:acf:post_field field="field_name"}} dynamic content so that when you are on a page or post, the Component will automatically display the field value.
