ACF data permalinks were working but not anymore

I can’t place exactly when I started seeing this issue but it’s been an issue for a while. I had some custom ACF data types that had working links but one day the content stopped showing up. I’m using ACF data to paint the home page with news updates that link to the story. The links no longer work but they are (to my eyes) identical to the permalink listed in the ACF data form after submitting data.

I haven’t had any luck with resaving permalink settings. Not sure what to do at this point.

Our firewall is bouncing all traffic from outside the US. I’ll see if I can get my network engineer to drop shields.
