ACF Custom Taxonomy Not Listed In List Element Taxonomy Dropdown

Apologies if the answer here is obvious.

Started experimenting with ACF custom taxonomies since using categories alone wasn’t going to cut it. I believe i have custom taxonomies set up correctly. I want to list all the terms within the custom taxonomy but when using Terms (Minimal) element, I did not see the custom taxonomy I have made listed there.

I’m curious if it’s just not visible to be used? The site I’m working on uses Woocommerce so I figured to only list product, WooCommerce Single, WooCommerce Archive as the post types but should I be listed something else instead?

Nevermind. Apparently I answered my own question as I tried adding different post types and it seemed to work. Not sure which I was supposed to use as I tried removing everything and the custom taxonomy was still selectable. Eh well.
