ACF Conditional Logic Show if X "has any value" on my page

I want to display an ACF custom text field on my page if another ACF custom URL field has any value.

Is this possible? The custom text field shows up in the Custom Group on my page builder, but I want it to show up in my page contents.

It’s technically possible but that would require custom development which is outside the scope of our support. It would be best that you consult with ACF customization expert for this.
