Accordions won't open all of a sudden

Hi there.

On my pages here:





The accordions won’t open when they are closed. The one that is automatically opened from the beginning is opened fine, but if i close it, i can’t open it again.

This is a membership side so you need my login to see the pages. It’s in a secure note.

Can you please share the specific page URL which is containing the Accordion? In your first post, all the links are the same and redirected to the Login Page.

Hi Christian,

I have checked the page and found the problem you described. I have created a Test page and added the Accordion with the same content and it worked. I would suggest you use the V2 elements instead of Classic elements and check if that resolves your issue.

How do i remove the white space over and below the video? My padding and margin is 0 and there is no margin on PC, only on mobile. I wan’t no white space around the video:

Hey @coedam,

I checked your pages in mobile devices and I don’t see any space in the shared links. Can you please share the exact URL of the page so we can take closer look? In the mean time make sure to completely turn off the Margin and Padding under Content > Design settings of your Accordion:
