Hello. The accordions on this faq page are getting stuck again. Users have been emailing saying they can’t get the accordions to open. This is really frustrating as it’s been an issue before. It does not happen on my computer, but it happens on 2 of my coworkers computers. I have already cleared the cache on our end.

The Classic Accordion is working on my sites, so it’s unlikely for them to not work because of a bug.
It’s just not the cache you need to clear. Please do the following troubleshooting procedures based on what I see on your site as well:
If the issue is caused by a 3rd party plugin or any custom code, you need to consult with a developer to fix the conflict in your site.
