Accordion options have a plus + symbol in the text

Hi, can anyone help me figure out why all of a sudden my accordion items have a + symbol in front of the text? I don’t mean the + icon that signifies when the open is open/closed. I mean an additional + character in the text itself. So it looks like this:

  • +This is item 1
  • +This is item 2

etc.

I recently updated Cornerstone to the latest version if that helps.
