Accordion not opening on responsive widths

Hi Support,

The x theme version is 5.2.5 and all plugins are up to date.

The Accordion is set to all collapsed when page loads.

The user then on their mobile device clicks on the separate accordion tabs but it does not open.

I have disabled all plugins except cornerstone and Visual Composer for it still to not work. However with all Plugins enabled and the theme changed the accordion works perfectly on a mobile device so I am to assume this is a conflict with the theme itself.

We have the accordion on multiple pages as listed below:

Thank you for writing in, please add the JS code provided here to Theme Options > JS

Then clear your browser’s cache and any caching plugin the site may have.

Hi @friech,

This has resolved the responsive issue.

However I came across an issue were the Envira Gallery wouldn’t load inside of the Accordion due to Lazy Loading.

Simply adding the below resolved the issue:

@media all and (max-width: 480px) {
.envira-gallery-wrap {
display: inline-block;
}
}

Could you include this in a future update please?

Hi there,

Thank you for sharing the information. We will inform our development team and add the workaround you introduced to the issue tracker.

Our development team will check the case and decide if they will add such a thing or not as our theme does have many parameters in place and this case which is adding an Envira Gallery to a Visual Composer Accordion is an edge case.

If the code suggested does not have any side effects on other usages of the gallery our dev guys will consider adding it to the core theme styles.
