Accordion not closing

Hi, am trying to use the accordion but in livesite theres no way to close it. Its just open, thanks

Can you please send us your website URL so that we can have a look.
Before that please check for any third party plugin conflict by disabling one by one.
and also please confirm if you have using the latest version of Theme and cornerstone. If not please update it. It may fix your issue. Before update please check the update guide.
Also you can remove any custom JS if you have added in the site.

Thanks Ive tried plugin conflict testing, cant find anything either. Still waiting for response from our web developer re custom js codes inside website,
