The accordion will not open on my website. I have tried using a new accordion on a different page too. How can I fix this?

Upon checking your website, I could see the JS error.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If it doesn’t help, would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link login to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Thanks for providing the information. I have logged in and checked your site. It seems that you are having a 3rd party plugin conflict. Please deactivate WooCommerce and you will see that the accordion is working. There seems to be a JS error when you enable the WooCommerce plugin. Please make sure that you have set it up correctly. I would also advise that you re install the plugin by deactivating it, deleting it and re install it again.

Please let us know how it goes.

I have used Plugin Organiser to disable the plugin, thank you.
