I tried - alot of templates was imported but Starter: Hero was not included in the template file on dropbox 
Isn’t it possible to get all templates which are included from start?
Another question: Where are the templates located localy?

Hey Morad,
The templates uploaded by Friech must be for X only. The Starter Pack is also not stored locally. It’s downloaded from our server from the Templates Manager interface.
The way to get them back dynamically is you delete all of the templates in the Template Manager. If you wish to go this route, you can download all your templates first and then delete all the templates so the Starter Template prompt will show up.
Because there’s no interface to download the template files, I’ve personally uploaded the Pro templates in my Dropbox. You can download it here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bnvero71orz5j64/pro-starter.tco?dl=0
