Accessing Appearance -> Editor screen via WP Dashboard

Hi, do you know why I can access this screen from some of my sites and not from others? My installation from the particular one I can’t access is all up to date and so are the plugins. Many Thanks

I am not quite sure about the problem you are facing while accessing Editor under Appearance. Can you please share some screencast or screenshot for us to get a better understanding of the problem?

In that mean time, please try testing for plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
