Hello there,
A blind customer of ours has just been through a confusing experience on one of our websites, particularly with ARIA problems. Do you have any recommendations related to Pro how we can fix some of these?
Kind Regards,
Spencer

Hey Spencer,
Thanks for reaching out!
We do not specify any particular level of accessibility compliance for our products, so we cannot guarantee anything out of the box (ultimately, many accessibility concerns are directly related to the developer using the builder itself, such as font sizing, color contrasts, making sure images have appropriate alt text entered, et cetera).
We do our best to implement accessibility strategies utilized by some of the largest frameworks on the web that power many large, enterprise-level websites (think Twitter’s Bootstrap, et cetera). For JavaScript powered elements such as tabs, accordions, modals, et cetera, we implement WAI-ARIA landmark roles where appropriate. We also utilize screen-reader-only text in certain situations that might require it.
All that being said (as mentioned previously) we cannot guarantee any specific level of accessibility out of the box, but attention has been given to these items over the years.
Some of our customers who utilize X and Pro on sites where particular attention must be paid to accessibility (such a the medical industry) utilize third-party solutions such as Userway (https://userway.org/) to ensure compliance. We have no affiliation with Userway, but it is a solution we often see implemented, so that might be a good place to start if you have any particular concerns beyond the base theme.
Hopefully this helps to point you in the right direction.
Cheers!
