Access to "the grid" support-area?

Hi there,

i would love to ask the “the grid” support team a question as we are heaving issues with links to other websites. They should open in a new window (they are all set to “_blank” but open in the same window unfortunately).

But as the theme-one guys ask for an envato purchase code i cannot contact them… maybe one of theme is active here?
