Hi there,
I’m having an issue with accentuation on Safari. All of my “é” and “è” appear in another font on Safari, but only on ONE page and it works fine on Chrome. I tried to pay attention and edit my texts with correct " & e grave; ", but it didn’t change anything. How can I solve that?
I’m putting my credentials in a secure note in case it could help.
Thank you very much!
Hello @Sylvakin,
Thanks for writing in! I have compared your site using two browsing and I could not replicate the issue.
Can you please send us a comparison image that is appearing on your screens?
Thank you.
Of course. On the left is Safari, on the right is Chrome.
I’ll also add that the issue is only on the page “Le Clavier Vagabond” (https://www.michelerenoul.fr/leclaviervagabond/) and not on the home page (your capture comes from the home page)
Hello @Sylvakin,
Thanks for writing in!
I was able to replicate your issue.
Regretfully this has nothing to do with the theme. The issue is between your custom font Apparat Semicond Light
and the Safari browser. It is best that you raise this issue to the creators of the Font for further assistance.
By the way, switch your Font to Lato
(or other Goggle fonts) so that you can compare between your custom font and how it is rendered by the Safari browser.
Best Regards.
Alright, thank you so much for investigating this! Have a lovely day.
