Accent Text not saving

Hello, I am working on a website in Spanish and the accents are not saving. I am using Theme Pro, the latest version of it.

Any advice?

Example: IMPLEMENTACIÓN when saved is IMPLEMENTACION.

I need the accent on it.

I tried to access your site dashboard but the given login details are not working. Please recheck and send us again. It might be the issue of the cache. Hey @lostimagination,

This case has to do with your database and/or your WordPress setup and not the theme. Your database basically does not accept the accent characters that you mentioned.

This is not a problem with the theme but your server (database) and/or WordPress setup. Try fixing it using this article. If that doesn’t help, you need to hire a WordPress professional to fix your site.
