hello, im having hard time to anchor link my pages and post.
i understand that there is a short come that in need to use in order to do it officially.

Thanks for writing in! You can use HTML to add links to your content in a Text element.

The other option would be to switch to the Rich Text mode on your Text element,
Then you can select the text and click on the link icon to set your links.
