I am getting the following message when I try to load a page from my phone. I can get it to load fine on desktop. And if I wait long enough on a phone the page will load and then it gives an error message when I try to click on a letter at the top.
Page URL is https://hanjamfitness.com/the-hybrid-joe-program/movement-library/
On my end, I don’t see the error message. I tested on Chrome responsive simulator and my Android Phone but not getting the error message. Here’s a screencast that I recorded on my Android Phone. https://cloudup.com/cdlF_nurU0O
If that doesn’t help, enable your WP_DUBUG mode by following this guide (https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG) and re-visit your page to see if you’re getting any PHP error messages.
I increased to 512MB as you suggested and it seems to be working.
2 things: 1 - can you check and confirm it works for you?
2 - do you have another suggestion to display a page like that that would require less load time?
I tried using the module pop up but it was giving me errors and not working so I switched to the layout you see.
I checked the website and can see that now PHP memory limit has been increased. I then cleared the cache so that the cached resources are not being loaded. However, on my end I don’t see the error message as mentioned in the ticket. In fact page is working fine on my end. Here’s a screencast.
Load time: Indeed the load time is on the higher end and it does take time to load the page. Part of the reason is that the page has lot of iframe codes which are being used to embed YouTube videos. I ran a test audit on Google Chrome. Good thing is that in the test audit page has received fantastic score on SEO front. I am sharing a screencast of the test result.
To optimize the load time I suggest you to take advantage of On Demand loading of YouTube videos. To learn more about this, please take a look at following resources.
