A new wordpress site with x pro: Which PHP Version do u recommend?

Hi Themeco Team,
I want to create 8 new websites with wordpress and x pro. Should I choose PHP 7.4 for the webspace or PHP 8.0 ? What do you recommend to do?

To run WordPress and our theme we recommend your host supports: PHP 7.4 or greater. Please have a look at our version compatibility page.
