Does it indicate any compatibility issue?

Thanks for writing in! As of this moment, the recommended PHP version of WordPress is 7.4 or greater. The same goes for the latest version of the X Theme and Cornerstone. You can check out the compatibility documentation here:
In the meantime, you can ignore the warning by disabling the debug mode. On the other hand, our developers are currently testing with PHP 8 as well.
