A couple basic questions about updates

Hello, I have a couple simple questions about updates. I thought I had elected for automatic theme updates but my site is still running the previous one. But I see the newest version is pretty fresh…can this take a few days?

The other- where in the documentation/knowledge base can I find the list of currently supported versions for the various extensions/plugins so I don’t accidentally update them before their time?

In your dashboard updates section, can you see the updates? Also can you please try revoking the licence and reassign and then try again? You can refer our version compatibility guide to compare the version of theme and plugins you are running with latest supported version.
