I seem to have the same issue as everyone else. It’s a brand new install with zero plugins and w/o cloudflare.

ummm no idea…

Hi there @edyhdz,

Thanks for writing in!

Can you let us know what type of hosting the install is on? If it’s a managed WordPress host is could be affected by their server side caching.

If you could check in your server error log and let us know if any error messages have been logged.

Thanks!

“They are managed hosting and do have server side caching”

this was there question to you guys:
“did the theme developers provide any information in regards to what needs to be cache excluded in order for the theme to work properly?”

thanks,
-e

From the host (wp engine)
“We need to know, from the theme devs, what element of the theme needs to be cache excluded in order for it to work properly. We can only cache exclude specific URLs (not including the home page) and cookies by name from caching.”

thanks,
-Edy

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! Please ask your host to exclude the css and JS URLs and all requests (all payload related to that URL ) from your security rules. If still nothing happens, please allow us to login to your WP dashboard so that we can take a closer look. This might just be a PHP memory limit exhaustion or PHP version is less than 5.4.

Please let us know how it goes.
