"A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading" on some pages

HI,
i’m having a problem with my dashboard on xtheme. Message " A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading." is being shown at some subsites.

I have added the:

above WP_DEBUG line of your site’s wp-config.php
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’);

It did not help.

Hi there @KASTA,

Thanks for writing in!

Just tried to check this for you, but couldn’t as I get a 403 forbidden on both your wp-admin and wp-login.php https://monosnap.com/file/1zZMlr6qy8EeoE7n3nyhg44sU9NRuv#

Could you please make sure you aren’t blocking any IPs.

Thanks!

Ok, out admin is blocking the config access…

Do you have any hints to resolve this problem ? Is there any patch that can be uploaded into the system ?

Hello Krystian,

Would you mind providing us the url of your ftp login credentials so we can take a closer look and fix the issue?

To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • FTP Hostname
  • FTP Username
  • FTP Password

Thank you.

Hi.
I had the same issue and had to reinstall WP thinking that it will be the unique solution because nothing worked after 1.2.4 update.
When I reinstalled, I continue receiving the message “A conflict on the front end of your site has prevented the preview from loading.”
I found a index.html in my root directory, renamed it and X Pro worked fine. I don’t know why failed until 1.2.4 update.

Hope it helps.

Hi there,

Really appreciate you taking the time and the details of your solution here.

Hi, all access has been granted for ftp wp-admin for www.fotino.pl

As soon as you’re ready with it we’ll close the access and relocate the wordpress script into new server with fresh php installation.

Hi there,

It’s not working as the requests made by the builder are being canceled. I’m not sure what’s doing that but it could be security or firewall. Do you have those features in your hosting environment? You may want to contact your hosting provider and disable them while we’re testing.

Thanks!

Hi,
all constant values has been left as they were … meaning antivirus, firewall etc

our admin needs specific instruction what to do. Disabling all security is not a good idea especially when we’re talking about wordpress installation. ’

All request are buing resolved as they should, nothing is beeing blocked at the server side "

Hi there,

Sure, please let us know. I can’t provide further instructions as I’m stuck with troubleshooting with the canceled requests. And I have no capability to check that on the server side.

Thanks!

Yes, we still need your help. We’re having the same issus as we speak. While entering to editing content the" CONFLICT" message is beeing shown.
