This is what happened to it upon updating to 6.0.4:
I had to revert to an older Pro version immediately.
EDIT: The section’s background upper layer went over the columns, covering them over. That is the issue.

We had requests for the Upper layer to cover the content. Looking at other permutations now I think it should really be another type of layer, like Upper cover layer. Apologies for the issue we’ll have this fixed in the next release. Setting a z-index to the content is a fix for the meantime, but you shouldn’t have to in the next release.
I decided to hotfix into 6.0.5 over this one as I think it was going to cause a lot of issues. We will be creating a new layer to satisfy the request to have a layer to cover content.

I’m trying to understand that request to be able to have a dark seethru color over the entire content though. I can’t see the use-case other than lowering content’s contrast.
