503 error Cornerstone

Hi,

I’m getting an error message (503 service unavailable). My hosting providers’ error log says the problem is with cornerstone. I added all the different error log messages here:

Everything on the website is up to date (plugins, themes, wordpress, PHP)

Hi Jont,

Thanks for reaching out.
It might be the issue with the PHP version you are using i.e. 8.1. I would suggest you downgrade the PHP version to 7.4 and check if that resolves your issue. If that does not help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we could troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
– FTP/CPanel credential for file access

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
