502 error when updating Wordpress using X Pro

Hello,

I’m attempting to update my sites using X Pro to Wordpress 6.6 but after I update I get a 502 error. After extensively testing plugins and determining the PHP version is up to date, my host (WPEngine)'s tech support is telling me it’s a theme related issue. How can I resolve this? Does X Pro support WP 6.6? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out!

Yes, X and Pro support WordPress 6.6. If you are running an issue when updating your WordPress, please try enabling the default WordPress theme then update your WordPress to 6.6 or you can download the latest version of X and Pro in your themeco dashboard then try to update your WordPress to the latest version.
