502 Error On WooCoommerce Checkout Page

I’ve contacted WooCommerce and my hosting provider and have been unable to resolve the issue.

The WooCommerce checkout page is receiving a 502 Bad Gateway. I’ve disabled all plugins including the X Theme. Upon activating Cornerstone the issue starts to appear again.

This ngnix error is occurring.

We’ve tried doing everything including restarting PHP and ngnix.

Please help as this is an important page that needs to be working.

Hi Dayana,

Thank you for writing in, your Checkout page seems to be corrupted, please delete that page and create a new one.

Create a new checkout page and just put this shortcode on it [woocommerce_checkout]

Or reassign it under Woocommerce > Settings > Advance > Checkout page

Thank you! This fixed the issue. I deleted the page and made a new one with the shortcode. :slight_smile:

Actually after adding padding it gave the same error. I am very confused on why this is happening.

Hi Dayana,

Please clarify how did you add padding and where did you adding it. I can’t replicate this issue on my end.

And please do testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I added the shortcode to a text element. I added padding to the section. This was with all plugins deactivated except WooCoomerce and Cornerstone. It was narrowed down to Cornerstone because once activated it broke the page.

Are you still getting the error? When I check your site, I could not replicate any Error 502 in your check out page.
This is what I am seeing:

I’ve recreated the page and added styling using style tags on the classic editor in the backend of the page. When adding padding using Cornerstone it breaks the page.

The given credentials has a very limited privileges. Can you please make it as an administrator so that we can check your page settings and even edit the page in Cornerstone?
