My website is fully running but for some reason when i try to log into the pro part it gives me an internal error 500. i have provided login details below.

Can you please confirm the login details as I am getting following error message (please see screenshot)? I also see that you are using Cloudflare, please try clearing Cloudflare cache and see how it goes. I would also suggest you to disable Cloudflare after confirming login details.
