500 Internal Server Error

Hello guys,

I just uploaded cornerstone to a new site that has an old theme on it. When I try to access Cornerstone it gives me the 500 Internal Server Error.

Any suggestions?

Hi Jessica,

Did you install the most recent version of Cornerstone on the site? Please login through FTP then edit the wp-config.php file then find define( 'WP_DEBUG', false ); then change it to true.

Then go back to the site and you should be able to see an error message that will give you an idea what is causing the issue.

Thanks for the update - I got the issue! There were conflicting plugins from the old site that I just had to remove.
