500 Internal Server and Cornerstone Error

Hi,

Really irritating, second install now and I receive this error:

PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/lesliejf/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/classes/styling/class-font-manager.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php56/usr/share/php’) in /home/lesliejf/public_html/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/cornerstone-plugin.php on line 105

Cannot access dashboard to disable plugins or change theme. Clearing browser cache, get the wp-login screen, then either blank or the 500 error in Edge, Chrome and Firefox. Using php ver 7.2 and latest version of X pro with pro child theme. I’ve put in a support request with my hosting as well.

Any ideas?

Hi there,

If you are using Pro, you do not need to install and activate Cornerstone separately as it is already native to Pro and having it activated will cause an error just like you mentioned.

What you can do it to login through FTP. You can get your FTP details from your hosting provider. Once you have logged in, go to wp-content/plugins then delete the current cornerstone directory that is in there. You should be able to log back in to your Wordpress admin after.
