500 error favicon.ico not found?

Is this the foo plugin or the X theme defaults? Hostgator believes this is what is causing the 500 error while in the wordpress admin site trying to edit galleries.

This error message is coming from the Foo Gallery plugin not X.

Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Thanks, I just was after confirmation that this was not part of the theme default vs the plugin. I will talk to the guys at foo.

Also, you always can test the case by changing the theme to the default WordPress theme, that will shut off all the code that we have in the theme and if you still have the problem then it shows the problem is somewhere else.
