5 H1 Tags - Help Please

Hi there,

One of my clients has a website built in Xtheme/Cornerstone. The company in charge of doing his SEO shows that there are five copies of each page because the H1 tag is there five times.

Can anyone provide support on this or know how to make it so there is only H1 tag per page?
