Should we be able to set sections to export as components?
I wanted to create a standard page heading component, made up of a section with appropriate padding and text. I made a Components Set for Headings, then set up a section how I’d like, turned on its export option… but it does not appear in the builder anywhere I can see.
If I turn off the export for the section itself, and move down to the row within it, that will show up in the Elements panel. 
Yes, a Section can still be exported as a Component. It’s not immediately clear on how to use them though, which is something we’ll most likely be looking into in the next cycle when we start cleaning up and streamlining the templating processes.
The Element Library can be accessed from the bar icon, but also from the Outline panel. In either case, the elements available will be filtered. The floating element library only shows elements that are valid candidates for dropzones - this will exclude Section, and any components with Section as the root element type.
If you hold cmd/ctrl on the Outline tab, you’ll see “Add Section” change to “Add Element” and clicking it will open the element library. In this view, everything should be available. This is the first release where we’ve made it possible to use any element type top level.
