5.0.5: Pixel and scale floating box is gone

When the toolbar is placed to the left, there used to be a floating box with pixel values and the scale. It is now gone.

If you are pointing to the Ruler, I have checked the latest version of the theme and the Ruler is working fine. If that is not the case and you are trying to point out something else, please provide any screenshot marked with the issue or any video that helps us to recognize the problem.
