5.0.5: black background in footer, columns not visible

when i change the color to black, i dont see the empty columns anymore. this is sometimes a problem.

Thanks for reaching out.
Sometimes the only screenshots does not help us to recognize the issue you are having. We need to examine your site to get the cause of the issue.
Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Specific Footer where you are having this issue
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thanks for providing the credentials. You may need to update the Pro theme to version 5.0.6 since several hours ago, we have rolled out a point release that resolved issues involving the footer. Please also keep in mind that the default colors of the Cornerstone’s section and bar element are using the white color as the background while all the other elements like the text, navigation, button, etc are using black color for the text contents. If you are going to change the background color of the bar or section to black, you will have to be very careful in doing so. You may need to change the colors of the other elements inside first to another color like white before changing the background color.
