480px and down screen sizing issue

We are seeing an issue where Android users are reporting that our websites are not appearing correctly. They provided a screenshot that we were able to replicate by going into our Header Editor and selecting “480px and down”. We have never had an issue with responsiveness before, and it appears that this is the screen size that has issues and we do not wantt to have to tweak everything to this screen size

Can you provide any help to either eliminate the “480px and down” option or provide an option to fix our sites for this viewport?

Hi Del,

Thanks for reaching out.
It seems that the Height of the Bar is set to 50px and that might be the reason behind your issue.

I would suggest you adjust it for a smaller screen by clicking into the Height option as shown in the screenshot.

Thank you for your response but I’m not just talking about the header. I’m talking about the whole side and how it even seems to cut off the text on mobile. Is there a setting or something we could do to fix this universally so I don’t have to edit every page on every site?

Hi Del,

What you are trying to do will require custom coding to apply the changes the globally. Regretfully, customization is outside the scope of our theme support. You may seek 3rd party developers to help you with your problems or you can avail One where we can answer questions outside of the features of our theme.

On the other hand, If you don’t want customization, I suggest that you manually edit pages to fix your issue because there’s no current option in our theme to fix it globally.
