408 Request timeout

Hi, I been using PRO for a while but, I lost my website, so I decided took a break, but now I wanna build it again, I download the latest theme file, but when I try to install it, I get this

Request Timeout

Server timeout waiting for the HTTP request from the client.

i wanna know if any one of here can help me out.
