404 / Permalink issue

Hi Themecos!
After migration of the website https://www.zipzeit.de (from https://zipzeit.pixelwerft-webdesign.de) we have the issue, that after changing to “pretty URLs” all pages are not available (404) anymore. We tried a lot but we cannot change the Permalink structure without getting 404, how can we solve this?

Thanks for reaching out.

I’ve checked your website, and the URLs are not working as described. I also tested Cornerstone , which is returning a 404 error. When switching the permalink structure to Plain , everything starts working again. This indicates that the .htaccess file is not being updated correctly with the custom permalink rules.

I recommend contacting your hosting provider to have them review and fix the .htaccess override issue. Once they’ve checked it, please share their feedback with us.
