404 page has another theme but i have no other theme activated

when you look at:

you come to the 404 page, implemented over the plugin “404 Page”

it should look like this: this is the page it is called CAMPS in the menu
https://www.apacampa.de/camps

it shows the right site content but the wrong design.

Thanks for writing in.

Try cleaning your site’s cache and disable it. Some of the asset files are pointing to cached files. Then please provide your admin login credentials in a secure note and I’ll check it too. It’s a bit weird.

i first installed the x theme and then ubgraded to pro.

Please check the settings of in the header and footer builder and assign them to the 404 page.

In case it was already assigned, please provide the admin access in a Secure Note so that we check.

We’re sorry for the confusion.There’s a bug where in a header assigned to custom 404 page is not working. It was fixed on a recent Pro 1.2.4 release. See our changelog here: https://theme.co/changelog/. Please try to update and then check again.
