We are trying to edit pages on our site with Cornerstone but every time it will throw 404 error. One of the authors said that we previously used Pro and this is the first time they will edit using Cornerstone. All the the permalinks are default and I can’t find any issues there. We are initially trying to edit the footer but found out that it does not work on any pages as well. Can someone help? Thanks
Hi Ronan,
Unfortunately, the WordPress login URL is not accessible. Can you please provide that in the secure note for further investigation?
NOTE: Please check the Settings > Permalink and set that to %postname%.
Thanks
Hi Trish
I’ve put the login URL on the secure note.
I’ve done what you suggested but same error.
Thanks
Ronan
