404 Error URL

Hello , when i had lots of site URL error in webmaster
Like “http://www.mydomain.com/jkfoyq/lctzmbyqmb.dat” it is .dat files google bot wants to reach .
im using w3 and Yoast seo pluings . do you have any idea why so much link google try to index .
i know this problem is out of support theme but if you have any advise much appriciate
