404 Error after Update to Pro

Hi, I update my x-theme to pro a few weeks ago and it works. Now I update to Pro 3.2.2 and get 404-errors on all pages. Also I get a 404-errors in tthe Pro-Menu, when I klick Headers, Content, Footers and the terms below.

Hey There,

Please try to manually download the latest version of Pro from the Apex Dashboard and upload it via FTP to your /wp-content/theme/ folder or the Appearance tab within your WordPress dashboard. The 404 errors might be related to a corrupted file during the update process. If that does not resolve your issue then please provide us with your login credentials so we can take a look.

Parse error : syntax error, unexpected '‘sort-’ (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE), expecting ‘)’ in /var/www/html/seelensegeln/wp-content/themes/pro/cornerstone/includes/config/common/font-icons.php on line 7796

Is it possible, that my php 7.0 is too old. If it is so - what PHP-Version is required? I search it in this Forum but didn’t find

Hello Hajo,

Did you updated the theme manually or through the automatic updates? If you did used manual updates, you may have NOT overwritten the old theme files. By the way, you can check the server requirements to run the latest WP core with the Pro theme from here:

thanks again for the quick reply. The new errors were due to the transmission. I have now uploaded the zip file and extracted it via the console after deleting the entire pro directory on the server. Now I have the same mistakes as in the beginning.

Therefore I send you the access data here, maybe you have an idea:

Please do not invest too much time, I am considering whether to reinstall the server and then try PHP-4.

Hello Hajo,

Your PHP version is still 7.0.33. Please ask your hosting provider to update it to at least 7.2. You can check that status report here:

At the moment, I have temporarily disable your custom permalinks and set it to default so that the 404 pages can now be viewed.

Please let us know how it goes.
